Happy 1st Year Anniversary to the Employment Rights Bill
It is hard to believe we have now approached a year since the Employment Rights Bill was introduced. The Employment Rights Bill was first introduced to Parliament on 10th October 2024. The original version was 158 pages long, the latest version is 330 pages long.
The Bill has seen massive changes since the Bill was originally published.
The Final Lords vote is scheduled for 28th October 2025, with Royal Assent expected in November this year.
