In support of World Menopause Day, we are hosting a free 45 minute ‘Managing the Menopause’ webinar, hosted by Katrina Cooper – People Relationship Manager, Commercial Services Group

This 45-minute session provides training for employees and managers to increase awareness of the symptoms of the menopause, which reach far above and beyond just hot flushes. It also helps identify and understand how an employee’s menopausal symptoms may impact their attendance or capability to undertake their job role.

If you are interested in joining this awareness session on Friday 18th October, please book your place by clicking [here >>](https://www.theeducationpeople.org/training-and-events/an-introduction-to-the-menopause-wellbeing-181024/).
