HR & Payroll Operational Manager

Managing our HR Helpdesk, Teachers Pensions and Education services, Lorraine has 15 years of payroll experience providing HR/Payroll services for a diverse customer base. She possesses a CIPP Foundation Degree in Payroll Management and holds extensive in-depth knowledge across multiple Terms and Conditions within Local Government, schools and multi-academy trusts.

Lorraine has been the operational lead for a number of service transformation and improvement initiatives as well as the onboarding of external clients for HR/Payroll services, including large-scale TUPE transfers. She has a strategic interest in service enhancement and customer engagement and strives on delivering improved and modernised services to customers.
