Legal Connect provides practical, education-focused legal training for schools and academy trusts. Sessions can be commissioned as standalone briefings, detailed masterclasses, leadership workshops or tailored programmes for HR teams, senior leaders, trustees and governors. Our programme includes follow-on offerings arising from our HR and Legal Masterclass and Employment Rights Act series. These sessions help education employers translate legislative requirements into practical action, with focused training on the implications for policies, procedures, workforce planning, employee relations and day-to-day management decisions.
Working with HR Advisory
We can also work alongside our HR Advisory colleagues to provide joined-up training covering both the legal framework and practical HR application.
