Since the implementation of Cority (our Occupational Health referral system) back in Summer 2023, the Occupational Health team have been working tirelessly with the system creators to provide a system that works for you.

With any new system, we know there will always be small improvements that can be made to create an even better customer experience. As a team we have listened carefully to your feedback and are introducing some further updates to create a user friendly, bespoke system that allows managers to refer employees quickly and easily to Occupational Health.

  1. You said: We need more support learning how to navigate the new system.

We have updated our fabulous Cority landing page available here HR Connect, this is your one stop shop for all guidance, videos and FAQ’s about the system. There is a good chance that if you have a question about Cority it is on this page so please stop by and check out our handy guides.

  1. You said: Can we prepopulate information in forms, wherever possible, to save us time?

We have invested time into our forms and where possible automated these within Cority which leads to a quicker and a more effective streamlined service. Following on from this we have proactively reduced the information that is required from managers and employees to ensure quicker processing times, whilst not compromising critical information.

  1. You said it would be good to be able to manage our own referrals through the Occupational Health process.

The MyCority system has even more self-service functionality than before, allowing you to re send forms, print off reports seamlessly for your own records and even send email notifications when reports are ready.

  1. You said: We would like more communication with Occupational Health during the referral process?

The communication aspect of MyCority has also received an upgrade and managers are now able to track their referrals to understand what stage the referral is currently in. We have also improved communication between managers and the Occupational Health team by allowing another access point via supervisor messaging for any queries you may have relating to a case.
