Minimum Service Levels in Education – your views sought

The purpose of the Act is to enable minimum service levels to be maintained within key sectors in the event of strike action. The legislation seeks to balance the ability of unions and their members to take industrial action with the need for the public to access key public services.

Consultation runs until 30^th January 2024 after which the Government will publish details of how the legislation will operate in Schools and Academies in due course.
