New Website Coming Soon
We’re pleased to share that Kent Teach is entering an exciting new phase, with the launch of a brand-new website designed to make recruitment simple, more efficient and more effective.
Built with both schools and candidates in mind, the new platform will deliver a significantly improved experience, supporting you through every stage of your recruitment journey while helping you attract the right talent with greater ease.
What You Can Expect
The new website will introduce:
- A simpler, smarter experience: A modern, intuitive design that makes it easier to navigate and manage recruitment
- End-to-end recruitment tools: ATS to manage your applications, communication and hiring all in one place
- Stronger school visibility: Dedicated profile pages to highlight exactly who you are to prospective candidates
- Time-saving processes: Streamlined workflows and built-in tools to reduce admin and improve efficiency
- Wider talent pool: Better representation for non-teaching and support roles, helping you reach a wider talent pool
- Flexible application forms: Shape your application process to fit your school’s needs

These improvements are designed to reduce administration and save time while improving recruitment outcomes, all as part of your existing Kent Teach experience.
Monthly+ Becomes Elevate
Our monthly+ package is getting a new name: Elevate
While the name is changing, the core purpose and features remain the same: to provide you with a higher level of account support, visibility, service and flexibility.
You don’t need to do anything on your end. The switch will happen automatically.
As a monthly+ customer, your job vacancies automatically appear as enhanced featured jobs. On the new platform, this is called a Featured Job.
Changes to Job Enhancements
We’ve updated our job enhancement options to give you better visibility, more placement choices and greater control over how you attract candidates. And on the new platform, there are more options than ever before.
Here’s what’s changed and what each option does:
Featured job → Promoted Job: Your vacancy appears near the top of relevant search results.
Enhanced featured job → Featured Job: Your vacancy is highlighted and appears in search results. It also appears on rotation on the homepage. Elevate customers' vacancies automatically appear as Featured Jobs on the new platform.
Featured School: No change here. Your school name, logo and number of active jobs continue to appear on the homepage, rotating in the featured school section.
We’ve also introduced some new types of job enhancements that give you more control over visibility.
Top Job: Sits above everything else at the top of the job search page. Only one appears at a time and it refreshes on every page load. Maximum visibility.
Premium Job: Stands out from standard listings in the search results without sitting at the very top. A strong option for roles you want to be noticed.
Targeted Job: Appears on the side of a job details page, shown to candidates already looking at a similar role. The closest thing to a recommendation. It puts your listing in front of people who are already interested.
We're Growing Too
Alongside the platform, Kent Teach is expanding. We’re growing beyond Kent to support schools in more areas across the country, with a new national brand.
