Employment Rights Bill to receive Royal Assent– Watch our free roadmap webinar!
The Employment Rights Bill 2025 was finally approved by both Houses of Parliament on 16 December 2025. Royal Assent is due to take place today, at which point the Bill becomes an Act of Parliament – the Employment Rights Act 2025. This signals meaningful change for workers across the UK as the new legislation strengthens key workplace protections and reflects a growing focus on fairness, security, and modern employment standards.
Our legal experts at Legal Connect have prepared a webinar which discusses the changes being tabled on the lead up to the Bill reaching Royal Assent, and when these will be rolled out.
