Our Safer Recruitment in Education Course is led by our safeguarding and HR experts who are accredited by the Lucy Faithfull Foundation and backed by the Safer Recruitment Consortium. The course equips you with the knowledge and confidence to ensure robust procedures are in place to recruit people who share your commitment to safeguarding children.
You will explore practical measures to help your educational setting deter, identify and prevent unsuitable candidates from working with children. The course also covers best practices for ongoing employment, developing and fostering a culture of safe practice and responding positively, promptly and effectively to any causes for concern.
